Yesterday at the Mind Body Spirit Expo was fantastic! We met so many people who use Young Living essential oils. I loved hearing all their stories about how the oils have benefited their lives and their families. I’d say that almost have of the people we talked to have used Young Living oils.

My curiosity lead me this morning to read up on helichrysum. It’s in the Young Living blend, PanAway, that I talked about in yesterday’s post on pain. One of my reference books lists it as an anesthetic which explains why it’s used in a blend designed to relieve pain.
